The project realised in 2022 was designed by Plastplan and Iwo Borkowicz and produced in Plastplans Reykjavík studio. Utilising more than 1.500 kg of plastic waste to create colorful furniture of the cafe and multi purpose art space adjacent Shoplifter’s Chromo Sapiens exhibition.

The Borgarvin is a small permanent installation designed for the City of Reykjavík. The seating area and flower crate creates a city savanna designed to showcase the potential of recycled plastic as a material for sustainable production.
